Every time I go in to get parts or answers to questions I have gotten the best service I have gotten from any RV place. The people that work there are so friendly and they really know there stuff. They are my go to RV place.

We are first time buyers and our experience was very good from sales, to financing, and service. Our trailer saw a lot of use and mileage in our first year, and any issues we've had have been handled promptly and professionally. The service team went to great lengths to ensure our unit left in excellent shape. I highly recommend these guys!

Bought a second hand RV Trailer and brought it to Jubilee for parts and service. To a person-Dan, Tina, Brett and Jason-, we received excellent advice and service on how to get started. We are first time RV owners and so greatly appreciated all the help! They are our go to RV service center. Highly recommend the team at Jubilee RV!

Dan in the service department did a fantastic job repairing some water damage in our motor home looks brand new and the work was done fairly quick .I would recommend that if you need work like this done to your unit go se Dan.

I recently used your service department to affect repair of a coach I was planning on purchasing. The counsel, advice and direction I received from Tina and Dan in Service and from Brett in parts were absolutely outstanding; in fact, their assessment and advice surely saved me thousands of dollars in repair costs and untold misery with a unit that just did not check out as well as it presented. Throughout, their professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring that the customer's needs were always met was noteworthy. Throughout a difficult situation they always provided sage advice and did so in a most accommodating manner. As well, Brett's knowledge of RV inverter/charger systems was complete and most helpful in purchase of an inverter/charger, which was ultimately obtained from another supplier. The service I have received at Jubilee is well above and beyond what most RV dealers offer. These people care about their customers needs. Highly recommended.

It was a most welcome and unexpected phone call from you, Bill, offering Jubilee RV to pay for a much needed set of winter tires mounted on Chevrolet alloy rims that match the original 2017 rims. This gesture nearly brought tears to the eyes of a 74 year old retired guy! Hilary and I are so appreciative of your understanding and compassion concerning our feelings regarding the deal. We now feel satisfied that this matter has been rectified to the extent that we have been treated fairly by Jubilee RV. Good morning from self-isolation in Kamloops! I hope you and Bill are well, and glad to see that there is still some business activity at your dealership.I tried calling you this am, but understand like most your hours are all over. In this age of everyone being connected electronically, I still like to pick up the phone!Just a quick compliment for your Service Advisor Brett Saunders. From the moment I called, looking for product, and his follow up phone calls I can say without reservation
that he nailed all customer service boxes that most retailers fail to check off.Getting to interact with at your shop on Saturday was great. Knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Before this current worldwide mess flared up to the point it is today, we had been looking to change out our RV.I wanted to commend you for having a guy like Steve R on staff. Hes been caring, responsive and frankly - no bullshit. Your son Mike even took the time to gently follow up.Its my hope that if the economy ever recovers that well want to work something out with you and your fine people at the dealership. Damn.........if it keeps up like this we may be living in an RV! . That might be a good thing.Hats off to you.

We had a electrical problem on our way to Kamloops and not being to sure of the problem or how to fix it. We went into the Parts/Service Dept. and explained what the problem was and asked if they had a service tech avail to help us. It was a Saturday of a long weekend. We were very surprised to find they did have a tech who was working on another RV but they said they would love to help us find the problem . Turned out it was the coach batteries in our motorhome . They checked both of them out and said one was pretty much shot and the second was one its way out as well .Gave us a couple of options and we went with what the tech said and purchased to two new deep cycle 6 volt batteries . Previous ones we 12 volt standard batteries. That fixed the problem and they even checked the chassis battery and the battery for my boat.
Did not expect to be able to get anything till the following Tuesday but these guys were awesome. From the young lady at the service desk to the guys at the parts counter and the service techs ,we got the best service we could ever have hoped for.
For anyone looking for great service, then I would say these guys are the ones to see. We are on holidays and they made it great for us.

Good afternoon Terry,This note is meant as a big compliment for your service personnel in Kamloops.We are Dutch travelers and dropped by your company this morning with a defect bathroom vent cover. It was leaking and the weather was turning real bad, so our problem was getting urgent.
Your parts guy Tom, and more specifically Ian, were more than excellent.
The cover was in stock and Ian immediately grabbed a ladder and replaced the cover in about 15 minutes. (it would have taken me, a declared non-techy, a week and no doubt a broken vent)
They charged us for the cover and didnt want any payment for the work (not sure if I should tell you this). When we insisted (without success) Ian gave us your business card.Your statement on the back is straight from the heart; this is exactly what its all about and it is how any customer wants to be treated.Your guys turned your philisophy into reality.Again, a big compliment for a job very well done.
We believe you deserve a compliment for your thoughts and your effective education of your personnel on this point.

Hello Terry,We wanted to take a minute to compliment the wonderful staff with whom we had dealings at Jubilee RV. our first contact was with your excellent salesman, Tyler Carpentier, who was quick at responding to our many questions and very professional in dealings with us. Buying an RV from out of province could have been a formidable task, but Tyler was able to answer our many queries and made it all seem possible. Tyler even picked us up from the airport early one morning when we came to pick up the unit. Your finance department of Bill and Carrie were most helpful with the transfer of funds and with sorting out the BC taxes and GST. We felt comfortable trusting them as we transferred the payments. We also need to compliment Rob who walked us through all the motor home gadgets and to Steve who tood a long distance phone call to answer a question that came up as we were driving home.We were so pleased dealing with the staff of Jubilee RV; from the first phone call to the completion of the sale. We love our motor home and are enjoying every minute of our travels. We wish to sincerely thank you and your staff for your efforts to repair & improve the retractable steps on our van. Your support of our project is most important.Just some numbers to indicate how we fit into the Kamloops community. We have about 130 volunteer drivers and dispatchers. This past year we have transported about 1000 Kamloops & area passengers to and from Kelowna for their cancer treatment at no cost to them. On the first night of a 3-week road trip, our fridge stopped working in our new-to-us trailer. My husband contacted Jubilee RV in Kamloops and we were both so impressed with the staff - Holly at reception and Brett in the service department. We were fit in on very short notice the next morning and Brett had the problem solved in no time. We also had the outside fridge panel fall off en route and they had it in stock and popped a new one on. Returning home nearly 3 weeks later, we encountered another issue with our trailer signal light and once again, Holly & Brett accommodated us on short notice and Brett diagnosed the issue, which was not an RV issue but a GM issue. We would readily recommend Jubilee RV to anyone. Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Thank-you! p.s. Holly - you are the first point of contact and you were very helpful.
